Budget concerns will determine the difference between the best life-cycle cost choices and affordability. Investigating both older and emerging technologies for energy efficiency is useful for contractors. Often, a desire to improve the environment is a primary motivator. Whatever the reason, the decision to help conserve natural resources is a good investment in the future, and this course will examine designing energy efficient structures.
